Dear Century Kitchens & Bath:
We want to thank you for an excellent job your employees did on remodeling our kitchen. We love the design of it and enjoy working in it. We want you to know that every person who worked in our house had excellent work skills and cleaned up after themselves every day, which meant a lot to us.
We have to give special kudos to Mary, our kitchen designer, who was very patient with us. She knew how to help us come to conclusions about picking out kitchen things. She also gave us great suggestions. Thank you, Mary!!
Phil, who was with us almost every day, was the master of all skills!! Loved his smile and laid back style. He fixed whatever little problem popped up. He was always on time, even sometimes too early!! Thanks, Phil!!
Dave, the wonderful electrician, who figured out all the electrical circuits. We know you traveled many miles to get to our house. Thanks, Dave.
Thanks to Ben, the tile man, who kept calm as I changed my mind on the tile at the last minute. He knew how to calmly handle me and showed me how to go to the computer and pick out some new tile. Thanks, Ben!!
Robert, the best woodworking man that we have ever come across. Kept calm as I told him I wanted the “Newell” or post cut down shorter. He gave me anything I wanted as long as it was “according to code”. Also he liked to use the phrase, “That’s the style now.” Thanks, Robert!!
We don’t want to forget all the workers who helped these men: Gannon, Anthony, and some whose names I forgot. All were conscientious workers who cleaned up after themselves, which we loved. Sorry if we forgot anyone. Thank you to everyone!
In summary, thank you for an excellent job. We love our kitchen and we highly recommend your company for any remodeling jobs. Last but not least, thank you very much for the gift of the beautiful and useful cutlery set.
Mike & Nancy P.
